			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://qhnweb.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/on-hold.gif"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-238" style="border:1px solid black;margin:5px;" title="on-hold" src="http://qhnweb.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/on-hold.gif?w=540" alt=""   /></a>George and I must go out of town this weekend, and so the UltraMetabolism diet has to go on hold for a bit.  I&#8217;ll still be eating healthy, but  simply won&#8217;t be able to shop for or prepare Dr. Hyman&#8217;s recipes while on the road.   We&#8217;ll pick up where we left off soon!</p>

Probiotics with 8 oz. water</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong><br />
Whole-grain oatmeal<br />
Soy milk or almond milk<br />
Cinnamon<br />
Vanilla<br />
Pinch of Celtic sea salt<br />
1/2 large apple, diced<br />
1 tbsp. walnuts<br />
8 oz. water<br />
Green tea with white tea from Celestial Seasonings</p>
<p><strong>Snack:</strong><br />
8 oz. water<br />
Almonds, 12<br />
1/2 large apple</p>
<p><strong>Lunch:</strong><br />
White Bean on a Bed of Greens &#8211; p. 256 in <em>UltraMetabolism</em> (2 servings), including<br />
2 cups drained canned white beans<br />
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice<br />
1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley<br />
1 clove garlic, pressed<br />
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil<br />
pinch sea salt<br />
Dash freshly ground black pepper<br />
4 cups fresh mixed baby greens<br />
Water, 8 oz.</p>
<p><strong>Snack:</strong><br />
Water, 8 oz.<br />
Banana<br />
Sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp.</p>
<p><strong>Dinner:</strong><br />
Wild Salmon<br />
Small red potatoes<br />
Chef Salad: romaine lettuce, baby mixed greens, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced black olives, Celtic salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar dressing<br />
Water, 8 oz.</p>
