Upon Waking:
Probiotics
Water, 8 oz.

Breakfast:
Apple-Walnut Amaranth – prepared according to directions on p. 252 of UltraMetabolism – containing:
1/4 cup amaranth
3/4 cup soy milk or almond milk
sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of Celtic sea salt
1/4 large apple, skin on, diced
Water, 8 oz.

Snack:
Banana
Almonds
Water, 8 oz.

Lunch:
Tarragon Chicken Salad (2 servings) – prepared according to directions on p. 257 of UltraMetabolism – containing:
8 ounces of cooked chicken breast, diced into 1-inch cubes
5 red radishes, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium pear, skin on, diced
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 tbsp dried tarragon
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp walnut oil
8 oz. water

Snack:
3/4 apple
Pecans

Supper:
Black Bean Cocoa Soup with Lime Zest (4 servings)-  prepared according to directions on p. 263 of UltraMetabolism – containing:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 large carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 cups organic vegetable broth
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cups canned black beans
Grated zest of 1 lime
Water, 8 oz.

Supplements:
